Google Apps

Cloud infrastructure entails a high level of availability, computer and operating system independence, and you can use Google Apps tools wherever there is an Internet connection and a web browser. Considering that the data is also stored on the cloud, there is no need to carry them with you (USB flash drive) as you can access them at any time and at anyplace.

The most commonly used Google Apps tools are Gmail for receiving and sending email messages, Docs for writing and managing documents (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, forms) and of course Calendar for planning daily, weekly and monthly activities.

Considering that Google Apps is intended for companies, its functionality is different from the free version received with the ordinary Gmail account. The most obvious difference is that the email addresses and all services are available on the user domain and that each user has at least 30 GB of space for documents, emails and all other files.

Users of the Google Apps service receive a higher quality service, guaranteed availability of the service (SLA) and faster telephone and email support.

Triton grupa d.o.o. is an authorized reseller and integrator of Google Apps services for Croatia and carries out migrations from existing systems (Exchange, POP3, IMAP) to Google Apps for its users. In addition, the employees have individual Google Apps certificates with which they can provide quality training and other activities so the users can make full use of the functionality of the Google Apps tools.

Google Apps is paid for according to the number of active users. Each user has guaranteed resources and they are not distributed among other users on the same domain/organization.

The monthly rate per user is US$5 or US$50 when the service is activated for one year.

The transaction is completed in kunas according to the applicable exchange rate of the HNB (Croatian National Bank) and is subject to VAT in the amount of 25%.

Migration of users from an existing system (Exchange, POP3, Lotus) is negotiated separately and the price depends on the complexity of the current state and the number of migrating users.
