This privacy statement applies to the process of collecting and processing personal information and the types of personal information.

Triton Group d.o.o. takes care of the protection of personal data and will continuously implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with best practices and obligations laid down in the Act implementing the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette 42/18) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

1. Collection of personal information

While providing our services, we may collect customer information, including personal information. Personal information is all information relating to an individual whose identity is identified or identifiable, which may include name, address, email address, telephone number, login information (account number, password), personal identification number, IP address.

We only collect personal information that is necessary to fulfill our obligations and is collected as part of our business activities, as follows:

- for performance of contractual obligations: when processing is necessary to execute the contract or take action upon request of the user before the conclusion of the contract
- for the fulfillment of legitimate interests: when processing is necessary beyond contractual relations (for example, the conduct of court proceedings
- necessary compliance with legal obligations
- providing answers to queries and requests from service users
- managing candidate applications for recruitment purposes
- processing of data for specific purposes based on the sole consent of the processing of personal data for a specific purpose.

2. Processing of personal data

The purpose and methods of processing personal data depend on the type of business relationship upon which we collect the information.

In our business, we are guided by the fundamental principles of personal data protection, that is, we process data lawfully, fairly and transparently, with processing limited to the purpose for which the data were collected, and the data appropriate and limited to what is necessary for that purpose. Data are processed in such a way as to ensure adequate security of personal data.

We will not share personal information that we possess during our work for use by third parties and will not use or process it without explicit consent, for any purpose other than the performance of contractual obligations.

3. Keeping personal information

We keep personal information only to the extent necessary to accomplish the purpose of the processing, that is, a contractual or legal obligation or the fulfillment of a legitimate interest, except where personal data are processed on the basis of an authorization. In this case, the processing of the data may be carried out until the withdrawal of the consent, and the consent can be withdrawn at any time upon request to the email address gdpr@triton-grupa.hr. When personal data are no longer needed to fulfill the purpose for which the processing is carried out, it will be destroyed, except when further storage is required by law.

4. Security of personal information

We take a number of security measures to avoid security glitches and known system vulnerabilities and to guarantee security. All user information stored in the information system is stored on secure servers and is available only to authorized persons who need this information to perform individual service-related tasks users and partners based on business cooperation agreements (executors of processing). We undertake to keep the personal information of the users and to ensure their inaccessibility to third parties without the prior explicit consent except:

- in the event of a request by the courts or the Attorney General
- in the case of a legal obligation to provide information.

5. Use of web technologies

Data such as an Internet Protocol (IP) address may be collected and refers to a number that is automatically assigned to a specific computer or device when connected to the Internet. This is a unique address assigned by an ISP on a TCP / IP network. An IP address allows web servers to locate and identify devices.

6. Access to and accuracy of personal information

When processing data, we follow the principles according to which data must be accurate and, where necessary, up-to-date and processed in a way that ensures integrity and confidentiality.

The user has the right to request access to his personal data relating to him, that is, the right to information about the purpose of the processing, the categories of personal data that are processed, the recipients to whom the data is disclosed and the storage period.

If the user believes that his personal information which is in our possession is incorrect or incomplete, he has the right to request correction or addition of the data. When the purpose of the processing is fulfilled, the user has the right to request the deletion of personal data as well as to withdraw the consent for the processing of the data.

The user has the right to receive personal data relating to him and to pass it to another processing manager if the processing is based on consent or contract.

Based on its particular situation, the user has the right to object to the processing of personal data relating to him by the supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Agency).
